Order Fulfillment:
We, Mingi Ltd. are the manufacturers of all the styles we sell and make all fashion and footwears ourselves, in our own factory, so each item can be "Made-To-Order/Measure". Our products are typically shipped 1 to 2 weeks after we receive your order/payment unless otherwise indicated. You will be notified once your order has been shipped. If you have RUSH needs, please contact us.
Point to note, 99% orders are completed even faster than above timeframe. Utmost effort is made to complete the order as per above timeframe, however it should be noted we do not guarantee or held responsible for damage or losses if any delay occurred in a situation beyond our control.
Return & Exchange Policy:
We will be glad to make an exchange for items with which you are not completely happy. Mingi Ltd. is made to order products and is considered custom. Therefore not returnable, however, we will exchange the size or color. All items must be returned to Mingi Ltd. within 14 days of the shipping date unworn, unused and in perfect condition.
Return shipping must be prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. You will be charged shipping to send the new item back to you. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is not refundable.
Custom Product Cancellation Policy:
A fee of 80.00 GBP plus any chargeback will be charged if you cancel a custom product order after we have begun the manufacturing process.
